The Fashion Commission reserves the sole right of publishing and announcing everything related to the event, including the names of the participants and other matters that the Fashion Commission deems appropriate in various media, social media, or the Internet.
The Participant acknowledges that his participation, as well as any other information he submits to the event management team, is personal to himself and specifically entrusted to him. Further, the Participant acknowledges that all information submitted in the registration process is correct and not violating the intellectual property rights, private rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party, including quoting or benefiting from other sources. The Fashion Commission reserves the right to refuse to publish the participation or to exclude it and hold the Participant legally responsible for any damage caused to the Program as a result of the violation of any such rights.
Neither the Fashion Commission nor the Ministry of Culture guarantees any intellectual property rights claimed by the Participant, and neither entity shall bear any legal responsibility regarding intellectual property for the materials uploaded to the registration page that may constitute a violation of registered intellectual property rights.
The Fashion Commission reserves the right to terminate the Participant from the event if it is proved that the Participant is not capable of completing it
